About us

We want to support talent development by popularising mentoring in Poland and abroad.

For over 20 years, we have worked with businesses and medium-sized and large organisations in Poland and abroad. We also have extensive experience in managing diverse and dispersed teams.

We created Mentiway in response to challenges such as rising employee turnover, increasingly transactional work, weakening workplace relationships and difficulties in attracting new employees. Through ready-to-implement, measurable mentoring programmes, we aim to support organisations in reducing employee turnover, addressing staff shortages and building bonds within teams.

Jacek has over 20 years of experience in developing online tools, including eight years of cooperation with Fundacja Liderek Biznesu, where he provided technical support for its mentoring programme.

Mentiway.com professional consultant

We have also invited an experienced practitioner who has worked in business mentoring and coaching for many years. Marta brings over 15 years of broad professional experience. She is a PCC ICF-accredited coach and a certified foundation-level mentor. She has also served as a mentor at Fundacja Liderek Biznesu for two years.
