User reviews of the Mentiway mentoring platform
About a year ago, we published an article summarising what Mentiway users thought of our platform. The aim of this article was to show the key benefits of Mentiway as perceived by participants in mentoring programmes – a summary of how Mentiway can help Mentors, Mentors and Mentees in their mentoring processes.
Today, we have supported more than 50 mentoring programmes not only for companies, but also for universities and foundations and industry organisations. Mentiway has been used by around 2,500 people and thus many new reviews and comments on the platform.
Summary of Mentiway reviews
Numerically, satisfaction levels with the Mentiway platform continue to hover around 90%. The NPS of the product is 50 points, with a slight increase in Mentees: 55 than in Mentees: 45.
According to Mentiway users, the most useful features of the platform include:

- Session reminders, sharing of materials and tools

- Knowledge base
- Suggested session agendas
We have also collected almost 100 individual comments in which users list the specific benefits they get from using the platform. These comments were summarised for us by artificial intelligence and what it has prepared in a condensed form:

Arranging and structuring the mentoring process:

- For Mentees: Helps to set and clarify goals, supports work on them, allows ongoing assessment of progress and effective tracking of achievements. Enables a realistic assessment of opportunities and sides.

- For Mentors: Streamlines processes with session scheduling and an intuitive calendar with notes. Notification system for appointments.
- For Mentees: Intuitive chat and a timetable make it much easier to organise online meetings. Helpful reminders
Documentation and space for self-reflection:
- For Mentors: Supports documentation of the process and allows notes and reflections to be posted, being a repository of key information.
- For Mentees: Being able to complete the self-reflection after the meeting is supportive, helping to structure the information and identify next steps, and the self-reflection report is valuable.
Ease of use and intuitive interface:
- For Mentors: The app is very clear and intuitive, user-friendly and easy to use.
- For Mentees: The clear and intuitive interface makes the platform convenient, easy to grasp, simple to use.
A balance between structure and flexibility:
- For Mentees: The app gives a clear structure and framework, it balances well between structure and flexibility, giving a ready-made idea for a session but also encouraging people to go outside the box.
- For Mentees: The predefined structure of the session allows you to clarify your goals and work, while not taking away the needed flexibility.
Support and guidance (especially for beginners):
- For Mentors: Is a great and very helpful support tool, a valuable support especially for those starting out in mentoring. Mentor Guidance.
- For Mentees: Is a very helpful tool, makes the process much easier for those participating for the first time. Guides the mentee.
Professionalises and qualifies the process:
- For Mentees: Supports the standardisation and professionalisation of the process, which builds more trust with the mentee and increases the quality of the relationship. Is very useful for those in the process of accreditation.
- For Mentees: Builds greater trust and increases the quality of the relationship.
Focus and commitment:
- For Mentees: Allows you to focus on relationship building and development instead of the technical aspects. Can be an element that motivates and disciplines mentee participation. Makes sessions more attractive.

- For Mentees: The app saves time and significantly improves the running of processes. Handling is fast and efficient.
