Uniwersytet WSB Merito we Wrocławiu

Since 2011, the Careers Office has been running a developmental mentoring program, and since 2017 also a coaching program for students and graduates. We work closely with business representatives who take on the roles of mentors and coaches. Through the Careers Office, you can take part in free sessions that help you: improve your soft skills, get to know yourself better and adjust to the market, become aware of your goals and the path to achieving them, verify your specialist knowledge and views, change jobs, start your own business.

Uniwersytet SWPS

The mentoring program is primarily aimed at proactive students who are highly motivated to act, focused on personal and professional development, who seek support in making decisions, and who are open and ready for challenges and want to consciously plan their career path. The essence of the program is to create conditions for its participants to establish a permanent Mentor-Mentee relationship (master - student), in which the Mentor plays the role of a guide and advisor supporting the mentee in developing their substantive competences and those related to personal development. The mentoring program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor (an experienced employee, specialist with high professional competences, who wants to share their knowledge and experience) establishes with the Mentee (student).

Project Management Institute (PMI)

Project Management Institute is one of the world's largest organizations promoting good practices in project management, which has about 300 chapters (branches) around the world. Among others, in Poland. One of the initiatives of PMI Poland Chapter is the Mentoring Program for Project Managers and business people. Six editions have been held so far. Currently, recruitment is taking place for the 7th edition of the Program, in which the Main Partner is Helprise, the Content Partner is Katarzyna Cicha and the Technology Partner is CodeWave, which created the program website using its Flotiq.com platform.
