Inside the report
Pair matching
The report describes two pairing models used in programs run on the Mentiway platform: organizer-led matching supported by recommendations, and participant-led selection from mentor profiles.
This model combines predefined matching criteria, system-generated recommendations, and final organizer verification.
Participants rate pair matching highly when the final pair is created by the program organizer.
Participant autonomy can also lead to very high satisfaction when the program is clearly structured.
