Objective and Structure
The MentorIAA program, an integral part of the AcademIAA educational initiatives, is designed to connect students passionate about advertising, communication, or marketing with senior professionals from the marketing and advertising industry. The program aims to enhance the offline component and encourage authentic dialogues between industry seniors and enthusiastic students.
The program involves individual career mentoring and is coordinated by mentors recruited from IAA member companies. It consists of a series of 6 individual meetings, each lasting approximately one hour, spread over a period of 3 months. This structure is designed to provide focused and efficient guidance, tailored to both the availability of mentors and the schedules of students.
MentorFEST Event
The program includes an offline networking event called MentorFEST, which is free but requires prior registration. MentorFEST serves as the launch event for the 3rd edition of the MentorIAA program, aiming to develop face-to-face interactions and facilitate sincere discussions between experienced professionals and students.
