About us

We want to support talent development by popularising mentoring in Poland and abroad.

We have been working with business, large and medium-sized organisations in Poland and abroad for over 16 years. We also have extensive experience in managing diverse and dispersed teams.

Seeing the problems of increased employee turnover, transactional work, disrupted and often fading relationships between people, as well as the challenges of attracting new employees, we have created a platform to help solve them. Through ready-to-implement, measurable mentoring programmes, we aim to support organisations in reducing employee turnover, addressing staff shortages and building bonds within teams.
