The best mentoring programs – Super M 2025 awards
On October 29, the Auditorium of the Faculty of Neophilology at Warsaw University hosted the finals of the Super M 2025 competition, organized by EMCC Poland. This is one of the most important mentoring events in Poland – a moment when representatives of business, NGOs and universities come together to discuss good practices in mentoring and learn about the best mentoring programs.
In this year’s edition, we recognized the winners of the contest – the creators of the most inspiring and effective mentoring programs. What fills us with pride is the fact that among the finalists were as many as 4 mentoring programs supported by Mentiway (Digital Bridge, Mentoring F2F, Top Woman in Real Estate, Wroclaw University of Economics). Moreover, 2 of them received an honorable mention (Top Woman in Real Estate, Wroclaw University of Economics), and 1 was the winner in its category – Mentoring F2F.
We are pleased that, as Mentiway, we contribute to the quality of mentoring programs and help to conduct them according to the highest standards. Below is the full list of finalists with honorable mentions and grand prizes.

Super M – the competition that sets the standard for mentoring
The Super M competition is more than a competition – it is a project that has been improving the quality of mentoring programs for years. Organizers not only reward the best initiatives, but also create a report summarizing how organizations design and implement mentoring.
As a result, Super M provides valuable insight into trends, challenges and best practices – from the perspective of program organizers. This approach perfectly complements Mentiway’s research, in which we analyzed mentoring from the point of view of participants – mentors and mentees. Check out our report on mentoring through the eyes of mentoring participants! .
Together, the two reports show a complete picture of mentoring in Poland – both from the side of the processes and the experiences of the people who create this mentoring.
Super M competition: best mentoring programs
Each of the programs that won the jury’s recognition develops mentoring in unique ways:
- Budimex – “Master Synergies”: a program that has grown in four years from an initiative of 10 mentoring pairs in one company to 64 pairs in four Budimex Group companies, including foreign companies. Even the board of directors is involved in mentoring, and the program has become a permanent part of the organizational culture.
- F2F Mentoring: now in its fifth edition, the initiative supports young women in the STEM field, helping them combine academic theory with professional practice and build confidence in the job market.
- Western Pomeranian Business School: a program that is an extension of postgraduate studies – graduates in the role of mentors conduct mentoring processes, developing their own skills and supporting mentees in their professional development.

Mentiway and EMCC – a shared vision of quality mentoring.
In designing the Mentiway platform, we were guided from the beginning by the values that EMCC also promotes:
- relationship quality,
- ethics,
- transparency,
- competence development.
That’s why mentoring programs implemented with Mentiway’s help, by definition, meet the standards that are also the basis for evaluation in the Super M competition:
- clearly defined goals and principles,
- matched mentoring pairs,
- Monitoring progress and satisfaction,
- analysis of program effects.
Significantly, as many as six award-winning programs in this year’s Super M are run or supported using Mentiway – including F2F Mentoring, Top Woman in Real Estate, Foundation for Business Women Leaders, Wroclaw University of Economics, and Digital Bridge, among others. This shows that together with our partner organizations we are developing mentoring in the spirit of high standards and measurable results. As a result, organizers using Mentiway can not only run programs efficiently, but also based on the same quality principles that shape the best mentoring practices. Mentoring that connects people and data
At Mentiway, we believe that effective mentoring is a combination of relationships and data – trust and structure. Our tool helps organizers not only match pairs or schedule meetings, but also analyze what really works.
Using artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions, the platform supports the process of matching mentors and mentees and enables organizers to track results and satisfaction levels. This allows not only to streamline processes, but also to better understand what factors most affect the development of participants.
With each successive program – and with each competition like Super M – mentoring is becoming more professional, measurable and accessible. And it is in this direction that we want to develop it together.
Why does mentoring work?
Mentoring is one of the most effective development tools – both for participants and entire organizations. A well-designed program allows:
- Accelerate the development of competence and self-awareness,
- Strengthen the culture of cooperation and knowledge sharing,
- Support diversity and leadership in the organization,
- Increase employee engagement and retention.
For mentors, it’s a chance to develop leadership skills and share experience, and for mentees to learn faster and smarter by drawing on the practical knowledge of others. It’s these values that make mentoring – especially when supported by technology, as at Mentiway – deliver tangible results for the entire organization..
