Women in Law Foundation Case Study – a new era of mentoring with Mentiway
The Women in Law Foundation’s mentoring program is growing in popularity and recognition. The increasing number of applications testifies to its success, which poses new challenges for organizers in recruiting, selecting mentoring pairs and monitoring progress. The solution has become our app, which has significantly improved the organization and course of the program.
We started our activities by identifying challenges, which turned out to be:

- Saving time: The process of recruiting, selecting and pairing participants has been optimized,
saving up to 50% of the organizers’ time. - Self-management: The application automates the process of scheduling meetings, communicating among participants and monitoring progress, taking the burden off the organizers.
- Substantive support: The platform provided tools that supported and motivated the participants, minimizing the need for intervention by the organizers.
Satisfaction of the participants and organizers led to the cooperation with Mentiway being extended for the next edition of the program.
