Mentoring Program Overview
The mentoring program is primarily aimed at proactive students who are:
- Highly motivated to act
- Focused on personal and professional development
- Seeking support in making decisions
- Open and ready for challenges
- Wanting to consciously plan their career path
Program Essence
The essence of the program is to create conditions for its participants to establish a permanent Mentor-Mentee relationship (master - student). In this relationship, the Mentor plays the role of a guide and advisor, supporting the mentee in developing:
- Substantive competences
- Personal development skills
Relationship Dynamics
The mentoring program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor—an experienced employee or specialist with high professional competences—establishes with the Mentee (student) who is eager to learn and grow.
