PWN Vienna Mentoring Program

The PWN Vienna Mentoring Program supports women at different career stages with professional development, leadership questions and individual career goals.

Process

Mentors and mentees apply with information about their background, experience and goals. The coordination team manages the matching process and supports participants. At least one mentoring meeting per month is recommended.

Community

The programme is part of Professional Women’s Network Vienna and combines individual mentoring with a professional community and additional support for mentors and mentees.
