Innovationsledarna Mentoring Program
The Innovationsledarna Mentoring Program strengthens the practice of innovation management by matching junior professionals with experienced innovation leaders.
Programme structure
The programme runs from February to December and includes at least four individual meetings between each mentor–mentee pair, a formal kick-off, a mid-term session and a closing event.
Matching
The programme team manages the matching process based on mentees’ interests and priorities. The programme is open to Innovationsledarna members. In 2025 it included 36 mentor–mentee pairs.
