HER SPACE – CEE Mentorship Program

A regional BCG mentorship program for female students, recent graduates and early-career women interested in consulting.

Program Structure

The 2026 program ran from February to April across BCG offices in Prague, Budapest and Warsaw. Participants joined three regional online sessions and received mentoring support through individual or small-group touchpoints.

Mentors: BCG consultants and professionals participating in the program.

Mentees: Bachelor’s and master’s students, recent graduates and early-career women interested in consulting.
