Mentoring Program Overview

The program includes a series of meetings lasting several months between:

• Mentor: A person with more experience
• Mentee: A person with less experience

These meetings take place in previously selected pairs (Mentor + Mentee) and are structured within a specific framework that includes:

• Defined time frame
• Clear goals
• Established rules
• Defined responsibilities

The program allows students to:

• Develop in a chosen area
• Plan their professional career more consciously
