Program Overview
The aim of the "I Am a Leader" program is to support the development of leadership talents, to dispel stereotypes about women, and to promote a feminine style of leadership. At Vital Voices, we believe that women's leadership potential should be developed as early as possible.
Target Audience
Young women aged 18-20, in particular, need support, authority, and discussions about their future role in our society. We invite:
- School students
- University students
from all over Poland, aged 18-20, interested in strengthening their leadership skills, to participate.
