Limit Break Mentorship
Limit Break is a UK-based mentoring programme for marginalised people working in the games industry. Established professionals are matched with mentees who want support with their career development, professional confidence and progression within games.
Programme structure
The mentoring relationship lasts six months. Mentors and mentees apply separately and are paired by the programme team. Limit Break also provides mentor training focused on effective mentoring and allyship.
Purpose
The programme aims to improve access, representation and retention in the UK games industry by giving participants a structured relationship with someone who understands the sector.
