AphA Mentoring Programme
The Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts runs a mentoring programme for analysts across the NHS and wider public sector. It is designed to strengthen professional networks and shared learning in the health analytics community.
Programme structure
AphA matches mentees with suitable mentors using information supplied during the application process. Mentoring typically runs for four to six months and focuses on practical advice, encouragement and professional development.
Benefits
Mentees can build analytical and social confidence and gain insight from experienced colleagues, while mentors develop their own networks and mentoring skills.
