ADG Micro-Groups Business Mentoring Programme

The Association of Dental Groups and Agilio created this programme to support UK micro-groups of dental practices with practical, informal business mentoring.

Programme structure

Senior leaders from established dental groups are paired with smaller groups that operate more than one but fewer than six practices. The 2026 edition matched six senior mentors with six participating micro-groups.

Focus

Mentoring covers business growth, leadership, operational development and practical challenges faced by smaller dental groups as they scale.
