Women in Digital Mentorship Program
BCG Platinion in Copenhagen runs a mentoring programme for women who want to explore a career in IT and technology management consulting.
Programme structure
The programme lasts about four months and combines three individual one-to-one sessions with a personal mentor with workshops, training and group events at the Copenhagen office.
Target group
The programme is aimed at university students in technical disciplines and people in their first professional years. Participants need to be based in Denmark or Southern Sweden. The programme is delivered in English.
