ISPE UK Emerging Leaders Mentoring Programme
The ISPE UK Emerging Leaders mentoring programme connects early-career professionals with experienced people from pharmaceutical engineering, manufacturing and the wider life-sciences sector.
Programme format
The programme grew from a successful pilot and runs as a structured mentoring relationship over approximately six months. Mentor–mentee pairs meet regularly and discuss career development, industry knowledge and professional challenges.
Context
The programme sits within the ISPE UK Affiliate, a professional community of around 900 members with regional activity across the United Kingdom.
