Law Society of Northern Ireland Mentoring Programme
The Law Society of Northern Ireland has operated its mentoring programme for more than a decade. It supports members of the solicitor profession as they navigate career development, business issues and professional challenges.
Mentoring relationship
Experienced and trained mentors share knowledge, skills and professional perspective with mentees. The relationship can address career planning, confidence, problem-solving, networking and progression within the legal profession.
Community
The programme is supplemented by networking and career-development events that bring solicitors and senior practitioners together across Northern Ireland.
