King’s Leadership Mentoring Programme
King’s College London hand-matches students with experienced alumni and supporters for a six-month mentoring relationship focused on career direction, leadership and professional confidence.
Programme structure
The programme typically runs from December to May. Mentors are asked to hold at least three one-hour sessions and can meet online or in person. Training and support are provided by King’s Careers & Employability and the Alumni Office.
Priority access
The programme is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students, with priority given to students from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds who may particularly benefit from access to professional networks.
