Mentorprogram for sykepleierledere is a mentoring programme or scheme by Norsk Sykepleierforbund (NSF) for nurse leaders admitted to the Norwegian Nurses Organisation's mentoring programme.

The first cohort involved around 30 participants, approximately 15 pairs, over 18 months.
