Diversitas - Omvendt mentorprogram is a mentoring programme or scheme by Diversitas / partnerbedrifter / Catalysts for experienced leaders in the construction sector participating as mentees in reverse mentoring.
Programme and structure
The third round is reported at around 10-12 pairs. The programme includes six structured one-to-one conversations and group sessions.
