Mentorprogram for kvinnelige postdoktorer is a mentoring programme or scheme by Universitetet i Oslo (UiO) for female postdoctoral researchers at the University of Oslo.

UiO has run the programme for many years. It combines mentor-mentee meetings with joint sessions for participants.
