Mentorordninga i landbruket is a mentoring programme or scheme by Norsk Landbruksrådgiving (NLR) / Norges Bondelag / Norsk Bonde- og Småbrukarlag / Innovasjon Norge for new farmers admitted to the agricultural mentoring scheme.
Programme and structure
The nationwide scheme is in its tenth year. In 2026, 149 new farmers received an experienced mentor for one year.
