Nordic Ambitions 2026/27

Nordic Ambitions 2026/27 is a mentoring programme or scheme by Nordisk Teaterlederråd / Norsk teater- og orkesterforening (NTO) + nordiske partnere for theatre, music and orchestra leaders admitted to Nordic Ambitions 2026/27.

Programme and structure

The fourth Nordic cohort starts in autumn 2026. The programme combines individual mentoring with seminars and a Nordic leadership network.
