A pilot mentoring program at Charles University for doctoral candidates, based on individual matching and regular meetings.
Program Structure
The 2026/27 pilot has a limited number of mentoring pairs. Matching takes place before the program starts and participants are expected to complete at least five mentoring meetings during the annual cycle.
Participants
Mentors: Experienced mentors engaged by Charles University for the pilot program.
Mentees: Charles University doctoral candidates, particularly third-year candidates in the pilot.
