Equilibrium by BCC
A long-running mentoring program of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic supporting women’s professional development in business and the non-profit sector.
Program Structure
The 16th edition starts in 2026. Equilibrium works with a large community of mentors, mentees and alumnae and combines mentoring with networking and accompanying activities.
Participants
Mentors: Experienced leaders and professionals from business, public and non-profit sectors.
Mentees: Women in business and the non-profit sector seeking professional and leadership development.
