Mentoring Exchange
A cross-company mentoring program of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce connecting experienced leaders with professionals in the Nordic-Czech business community.
Program Structure
The program has separate applications for mentors and mentees and published rules of engagement. Mentees receive guidance, feedback and networking opportunities while mentors support the next generation of leaders.
Participants
Mentors: Experienced leaders and decision-makers from the Nordic-Czech business community.
Mentees: Managers and professionals participating in the Nordic Chamber community.
