A mentoring program of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce connecting younger professionals with experienced senior managers.

Program Structure

The program uses mentor and mentee applications and matching based on professional goals and interests. It focuses on developing younger employees from companies connected with the CAMIC member community.

Participants

Mentors: Senior managers and C-level professionals from the CAMIC member community.

Mentees: Young professionals and employees of companies connected with CAMIC.
