LEAN IN TALENT

A mentoring program by Škoda Auto University and Business Leaders Forum for talented female students.

Program Structure

The third edition started in September 2026. The program connects selected female students with experienced mentors and focuses on professional and leadership development.

Participants

Mentors: Experienced mentors participating through the ŠAVŠ and Business Leaders Forum program.

Mentees: Talented female students at Škoda Auto University.
