Volunteer mentoring by the Organization for Aid to Refugees for migrants and people with refugee experience.

Program Structure

The program creates long-term individual relationships with regular meetings. Volunteers receive preparation and can use support and supervision; mentoring relationships are generally planned for at least six months.

Participants

Mentors: Prepared volunteers participating through OPU.

Mentees: Young and adult migrants and people with refugee experience.
