PEER TANDEM v dobrovolnictví
A peer mentoring project by Via Vita for people working in volunteering and volunteer coordination.
Program Structure
The project runs from February 2026 to January 2028 and creates mentoring tandems in the volunteering field. It includes methodology development, piloting, participant support and evaluation, with up to twenty peer mentors involved.
Participants
Mentors: Peer mentors working in volunteering.
Mentees: Volunteer coordinators and other people active in volunteering.
