Femme Palette Mentoring
A six-month paid mentoring program for women focused on career development, leadership, career change and skill building.
Program Structure
The program offers up to 12 hours of one-to-one mentoring. Femme Palette matches a mentor to the participant’s needs or allows selection from proposed mentors; an initial chemistry session takes place before the relationship begins and participants use a mentoring platform.
