Youth4Change – Mentoring Programme

The Youth4Change – mentoring programme by Caritas Alba Iulia is a project designed to engage young people aged 14-20, specifically vocational and high school students, through group activities and individual sessions. The program's objectives are manifold and aim for a holistic development of young people.

Objectives

The program aims to:

• Enlarge young people's perspectives on different professions to help them choose a career path that aligns best with their abilities.
• Facilitate self-discovery and mutual understanding among participants.
• Develop creativity and aptitudes.
