Mentoring Program Overview
The mentoring program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor (an experienced specialist with high professional competences who wants to share their knowledge and experience) establishes with the Mentee (a student of the University of Wrocław).
Objectives of the Meetings
The aim of these meetings is to:
- Obtain the necessary information about the career path you have chosen
- Verify your ideas about professional work
- Learn the meaning of "professional maturity"
Role of the Mentor
During the meetings, the Mentor:
- Does not impose his/her opinion
- Does not provide ready-made answers
- Serves as an inspiration
- Helps to discover potential
- Indicates development opportunities
