Mentoring Program Overview
The Mentoring Program is based on an informal relationship that the Mentor establishes with the Mentee.
Roles and Responsibilities
Mentor: An experienced employee, a specialist with high professional competences who wants to share their knowledge and experience.
Mentee: A student of the University of Wrocław who is ready to develop their professional interests and improve interpersonal competences.
Program Structure
- An organizational meeting is planned for the Mentors before they start working with their Mentees.
- Substantive support will be provided in the form of a manual.
