Mentoring Program Overview

Mentoring is aimed at individuals who already possess some experience, knowledge, and perhaps achievements in various areas of their activities. However, they seek:

• Acceleration in their personal or professional growth
• Practical tips and guidance
• To achieve more and faster in a specific area

At the same time, these individuals are aware of the limitations resulting from their lack of experience in certain aspects. The relationship with a mentor is based on:

• Mutual understanding
• Acceptance
• Respect
• Trust

A mentor is a person who is ready to share their knowledge and life experience. They are prepared to play the role of a supporting guide and advisor in achieving a defined goal.
