PWN Dublin Group Mentoring Programme
PWN Dublin runs a group mentoring programme for professional women at different stages of their careers. The programme uses the collective experience of the network to support professional and personal development.
Programme structure
Each mentoring group is facilitated by an experienced mentor and takes part in six 90-minute sessions. Groups agree a collective learning contract and work through themes related to career development, leadership and professional growth.
Community
The programme is embedded in the PWN Dublin network and combines mentoring with networking and peer learning across industries.
