Alumni Leadership Mentoring Programme
The University of Birmingham’s Alumni Leadership Mentoring Programme connects students with senior alumni who are leaders in their sectors. The aim is to help students navigate ambitious early-career plans and develop longer-term leadership aspirations.
Programme structure
Students receive one-to-one mentoring over the academic year, with meetings possible in person or remotely. The programme also offers networking and site-visit opportunities with participating alumni mentors.
Eligibility
Priority access is given to Birmingham Scholars and students from groups that may face additional barriers to professional networks. Remaining places may be opened to other eligible undergraduate students.
