ICRS Mentoring Programme
The Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability offers mentoring to paid members at all career stages. The programme supports professional knowledge, competencies, career planning and lasting connections across the responsibility and sustainability sector.
Programme structure
Mentoring relationships last 12 months. Participants can be matched with a more experienced mentor or, where appropriate, a peer mentor. ICRS provides guidelines, resources and training to help participants set goals and monitor progress.
Participation
Mentees must be paid ICRS members. Mentors are typically ICRS Fellows or members with at least five years of recent professional corporate responsibility and sustainability experience.
