Mentorprogram for faglige ledere i akademia is a mentoring programme or scheme by Senter for Kunnskapsledelse (SFKL) for academic leaders at participating institutions.
Programme and structure
Cohort 2 was active in 2026 with participants from 13 institutions and eight universities. The programme is structured as a cross-institution mentoring scheme for academic leaders.
