Ascent
Ascent is a mentoring programme or scheme by Diversify for women, particularly from immigrant or marginalised backgrounds, working toward employment, education or a career transition.
Programme and structure
Ascent 2026 runs for five months from August to December and has 15-20 participants. The programme combines peer co-working, group mentoring and career-building workshops.
Mentors
mentors with experience from working life, recruitment, education and career transitions in Norway.
Target group
women, particularly from immigrant or marginalised backgrounds, working toward employment, education or a career transition.
