Norsk Journalistlag Mentorordningen for klubbledere is a mentoring programme or scheme by Norsk Journalistlag for new club leaders in the Norwegian Union of Journalists who apply to the mentoring scheme.
Programme and structure
The scheme lasts one year. New club leaders are paired with experienced union representatives, with at least one contact point per month and an introduction to roles and working methods.
