Postgraduální a zaměstnanecký mentoring
UCT Prague mentoring for doctoral candidates, employees and alumni, based on regular meetings with a mentor.
Program Structure
The 2026/27 cycle is designed to run for approximately 3–4 months. At least two meetings per month are recommended, with coordinated mentor selection and final feedback included in the program.
Participants
Mentors: Mentors selected within UCT Prague’s postgraduate and employee mentoring program.
Mentees: Doctoral candidates, employees and alumni of UCT Prague.
