Mentoring pro nelékařský zdravotnický personál / studenty
A large mentoring project by the College of Polytechnics Jihlava and Vysočina Region hospitals for healthcare students and non-medical healthcare staff.
Program Structure
The project runs from 2025 to 2027 and involves approximately 120 mentors across several hospitals. Typically one mentor works with one or two students, directly linking mentoring with professional practice.
Participants
Mentors: Experienced staff from Vysočina Region hospitals prepared for mentoring roles.
Mentees: Healthcare students and other participants in professional practice in non-medical healthcare professions.
