Empowering Women Mentoring 9
A cross-company mentoring and development program by Business & Professional Women CR for women moving into managerial roles.
Program Structure
The ninth edition runs in 2026/27. The program works with ten top-management mentors, thirty participants and five host companies, using group speed mentoring during regular meetings.
Participants
Mentors: Experienced female executives from the top management of participating companies and organizations.
Mentees: Women newly in management roles or preparing to move into management.
