A mentoring program by the Mobile Hospice Forum and ČSOB for leaders of mobile hospices.

Program Structure

The program has operated since 2021. In a typical year it supports around seventeen hospices and about twenty mentees; in 2026 the program involved 23 mentors.

Participants

Mentors: Experienced ČSOB employees and managers participating as mentors.

Mentees: Leaders and managers of mobile hospices.
