SUHR Mentoring program
A paid individual mentoring program for HR professionals ranging from beginners to more experienced specialists and generalists.
Program Structure
SUHR offers several formats lasting four to six months with roughly 4–10 meetings and 7–12 hours of one-to-one mentoring. After registration the organizer finds a suitable mentor and participants can use a dedicated mentoring platform and alumni community.

Mentees: Early-career and more experienced HR professionals and people addressing specific HR work challenges.
