TIND - Fra campus til karriere is a mentoring programme or scheme by UiT Norges arktiske universitet for UiT students participating in the TIND programme.

Programme and structure

The 2026 cohort was reported at around 40 students and around 40 mentors. The programme connects students with working-life mentors for career-focused mentoring.
